Keeping our Safety credentials Flying High
At a Celebratory luncheon held on 24 November 2023 at the Drapers Hall, London, our Chief Operating Officer, Mr Jacob Ipe received the prestigious British Safety Council Sword of Honour awarded to our shipyard for the second consecutive year.
As one of 115 organizations worldwide which have demonstrated excellence in the management of health and safety risks at work, the coveted Sword of Honour award serves as an international recognition of the commitment and contributions of our staff and management working together, as one team to put into action robust occupational health, workplace safety, business continuity and staff wellbeing programmes, practices and initiatives.
Our efforts have been independently assessed by the British Safety Council Adjudicators to be effective and amongst the best in class.
